Hegman Gauge

The Hegman Gauge (also known as the Grind Gauge) is manufactured from hardened stainless steel and features two ground channels with scales for both Microns and Hegman. Each gauge is supplied complete with a scraper blade for easy operation. Available in three models (0 - 25, 0 - 50, and 0 - 100 microns), this gauge is indispensable for checking particle size in a variety of materials, including paints, inks, dyes, talcum, flour, and chemicals. To use the gauge, simply place the paint or ink sample into the top end and draw it down using the scraper blade for an accurate measurement.
